I really liked it

So I use this as my travel laptop, and therefore I use it for gaming when I am on the go. It is not going to play the most high-end games, but it can easily handle titles which are less graphically intensive. For example, it is not going to be able to play Space Marine 2, but it can handle Slay the Spire. I was able to get it to play Path of Exile 2 at low settings, so that's a plus.

Had an issue with the HDMI first month...but other than that it's nice... Both C charger ports are right next to each other...I don't think its the best design but its an overall nice laptop...

I purchased this laptop in September 2022. In June 2023 it stopped turning on. Two times I have returned it to Computer King for repair. The first time I paid for shipping it back to them. I got it back and it worked for 4 days. They requested I send it back in which I did. This time when I got it back, it would not turn on at all. Obviously, this is a lemon, but they refuse to refund me my money or issue me a new lap. Beware of purchasing an item from a third-party seller because Amazon put you through an extended process to get any results. Update August 4, 2023. Computer King called and they have offered to exchange the laptop for one they have in stock that is comparable to mine. All of the customer service guys and the owner of Computer King have been extremely helpful and kind. Once the staff could not make the call to replace the unit or refund my money, they offered to submit the problem to the owner and have him contact me, which he did within a few hours. I rate the laptop at one star, but Computer King gets 5 stars.

Touch screen is a nice feature. Very easy to set up. Interest free payment plan is a definite plus

The laptop doesn't disappoint if you have a little more than basic work to do, and need a portable and lightweight piece! Battery life is great!

Aggravated that it says multiple times in the listing that it comes with a stylus, but it actually doesn't.

Seller had a great deal for an upgrade from 8 gb to 16 gb RAM. So I bought this as my personal device to run games & a light image-editing program. It goes from cold start to ready-to-use in ~20 seconds. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor & a pretty quick SSD allow it run multiple browser tabs, PowerPoints and Excel sheets without slowing down. I also use the large, sharp 2-in-1 screen in vertical & horizontal modes as a second monitor for work. The seller accidentally sent the wrong stylus, but was courteous and prompt in recognizing the mistake and replacing it with a compatible model (Thank you, Amir!)

This laptop is sealed and works fantastic. The second stylus pen that seller replaced for me are now working ok. Really worth the money

I bought it not too long ago and it shut down all the routers whenever the laptop was on. I ask for a replacement but the replacement was even worse in the end a got a refund,wasted a month of my life and will never be buying laptops online

The finger print feature is not available in laptop as menionted in the picture. It is very unprofesional from the selthere is no finger print reader feature in this laptop as mentioned in the picture!!ler to add this feature in product pictures but actually not available.
