Frankly speaking, unless David Waters has a serious intellectual disability, he out to be ashamed of himself for exploiting Dr. Lembke's book in this way. This product has bad formatting, editing, and most importantly, content that does not match up with the content in "Dopamine Nation." Did he even read her book?! I tried to push through it anyways. I completed Chapter 1, and then decided, no it's not worth trying to salvage. In the recycling bin this goes.

This does not seem to be at all a part of the book. Quite a rip off. Definitely not worth even $9. It is not insightful and will not further your understanding of the book or your struggle with any addiction. I can’t believe it is even on offer. Makes me question the book itself. So lame
