The first time I went to unzip the briefcase, one of the zippers broke. By the time I had used the briefcase about 10 times, all 4 of the zippers had broken off! And I pulled them all very gently after the first one came off; one even broke off just as I grasped the zipper, before I had even tugged on it. Very disappointed because the briefcase seemed very good quality other than the zippers which have made the briefcase defunct to me now. I have to throw it out.

wow! for the price this way exceeded my expectations. its size holds everything I need for work; files and computer. the quality is very nice and love the color. very happy with this bag and recommend it.

Arrived quickly and is just as advertised. Has plenty of room for laptop and all my other supplies. Only gave 4 stars for durability because it's new and just don't know how it will hold up.

I got this bag as a gift for my husband’s birthday, & upon opening it out of the gift bag and attempting to unzip it, the zipper head snapped off completely! It’s a great looking bag so I’m hoping it was just a fluke. We will re-order and hopefully have better luck.

I really love the size of this bag. Not too big, not too small. I’m a notary. This bag allows me to put my computer and all of my supplies in one bag. It has lots of compartments as well.

I ordered this briefcase in early May and three of four broke zippers broke within the first couple of days. Sent it back and decided on a replacement instead of a refund. Received the replacement on May 12th. Well, the third zipper broke today on the second briefcase and now I am outside of the return window. I should have followed my initial thought and requested a refund instead of a replacement. Stuck with broken zippers.
