Very comfortable and fitted
I bought this thinking of using it as a mid layer for cold winters (under a shell or an overcoat). I needed something that was comfortable, but also fitted close to the body, with enough room to add a base layer underneath. This jacket is PERFECT for that. The fit is amazing, not boxy, but enough to have a light fleece or sweater underneath. It is also very warm by itself (0 celcius, no problem), and the beluga color is very special. It is a little too technical for more formal occasions, but it can be worn without problems under a more classy shell. It is also very comfortable (my main issue with other jackets was with the back and armpits, but not problem with this jacket). The only thing that could make this better would be if you could pack it inside a pocket instead of a separate bag. Overall, I love my new Rab.

Sizing is off and not clearly noted
Does not indicate that it is a slim fit but wears like a slim fit. Seems like it would be a nice jacket but I couldn’t wear it. Also, the zipper pull is on the left side, which is backwards from standard men’s clothing in the US, so that would be annoying even if I’d kept it.

Good quality, wierd fit.
I was looking for a fitted light down jacket to use as a midlayer under a softshell. The torso was well fitted but the sleeves were wierdly shaped and too large to fit under the softshell.

Top notch quality from Rab
lucky enough for me, this exquisite jacket with Recycled 700 fill-power was on-sale ( thanks Backcountry), and I was able to get it $100 lower than regular price. I am 5"10, 174-5 lbs, and the M fits great, with enough room to wear a fleece underneath. I also plan to use it as mid-layer, when cold gets worse. The color graphene is a bit darker than the picture shows, but still, quality is top notch.
