The stem size is a little bit shorter (maybe 1cm) than what is in the picture. I installed these in my Herman Miller Embody: a good fit and the chair is rolling smoothly. They are slightly noisier than the stock casters but only a little. I was worried about the central column touching the floor but that has not been an issue on my tiled floor (though it could be for a high pile carpet). Overall they seem fine. Durability remains to be seen. Edit: They do leave marks on the floor. Easily removed but a little annoying.

Worst product bcz wheeldont rotate once u install n start working on ur chair. Its literally dragging while moving from one place to other.Not useful product

Works good for the first few months, then one of the wheels will get bent into the plastic We also have to grease it when we attach it

One got broken in 2 months

Good product with reasonable cost, it can handle load of a normal person

Nicely fitted in my computer chair.
