These gummies are not only tasty but also highly effective in supporting my digestive health.Firstly, the mixed berry flavor is absolutely delicious. Taking these gummies feels like a treat rather than a chore. The texture is perfect – not too chewy or sticky – making them easy and enjoyable to consume. Each serving provides 3 grams of prebiotic fiber, which is great for maintaining digestive health and regularity. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my digestion since I started taking these gummies daily. They help keep things moving smoothly without any discomfort. The fact that these gummies are prebiotic is a big plus, as they support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This has had a positive impact on my overall gut health and has even contributed to an enhanced sense of well-being.I also appreciate that Fiber Choice uses quality ingredients. These gummies are free from artificial colors and flavors, which aligns with my preference for natural products. The 90-count bottle provides a good supply, ensuring that I don’t run out too quickly.Overall, I highly recommend Fiber Choice 3g Fruity Bites Daily Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Gummies to anyone looking for an effective and enjoyable way to boost their fiber intake. They are delicious, convenient, and deliver noticeable benefits for digestive health. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Gummies *by Z***L on October 23, 2024* This is a great product. The gummies taste great, have an excellent texture, and keep me regular. I typically take two in the morning and two at night before bed. Importantly, unlike the Fiber One chew tablets, these gummies do not bloat me or make me take gigantic poops every day. The poop is just a normal healthy amount. Keeps me regular no matter what my dietary intake looks like. Absolute lifesaver if you are prone to constipation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good at first *by J***N on April 11, 2024* Worked very well at first but after a week it started messing with my stomach. So now I’m taking a break from them. The flavor is really good. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/406818586-fiber-choice-fruity-bites-gummies-mixed-berry-90ct-discontinued-by](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/406818586-fiber-choice-fruity-bites-gummies-mixed-berry-90ct-discontinued-by) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
