Dorman 20780 Brake and Clutch Pedal Pad

I would highly recommend. Bought my ‘06 Jeep TJ with the clutch pedal missing the pedal pad. I bought this to replace it. The fitment is outstanding and makes a world of difference when manipulating the clutch. It makes the pedal a little wider and grippier. It seems to stay on well. I liked it so much I bought another one to replace my OEM brake pedal pad that was aged, cracked, and no longer grippy. I compared the OEM part with the Dorman and they’re nearly identical. The rubber material seems to be of decent quality. Very happy with how they came out and I anticipate them to last long. Even if they only last a few years (which I suspect they will last longer) it’s worth the money simply because of the functionality and OEM look. Easy instal. Just make sure the rear portion is fully wrapped around the pedal!

2016 jeep wrangler sport 6 speed story time: had a 4 inch pedal extender placed for my two daughters they are 5 ft i'm 6ft kept the clutch pedal pad in my rear compartment since 2016. when i took this off and tried to replace the pad, it was after many years stiff and couldn't make it fit. hoped a new one would be more pliable to round the corners of the metal clutch pedal. this worked tremendously well very pliable able to get around the corners and flip the bottom edge over the edge of the metal. took all of 10 seconds to install. wow thank you

This was a guaranteed fit for my 98 xj and I didn't think twice. It is definitely for a manual brakes, not auto. It looked to be built well.

Contrary to the fitment guide both on Amazon and dormant these fit my 2nd Gen (2001) Dakota. I took a leap of faith since they groove design matched the vertical slits like the oem ones. The fitment guide showed the horizontal ones which was not correct.

This Dorman product seems to be holding up fine. I've had it on my TJ for 6 months and it shows no sign of wear or coming off the pedal.

I know u get what you pay for but he seems to be a little bit more on the flimsy side. Way too flexible and don’t seeing it last very long. The one I just removed was a little more sturdy and seemed to have a “plastic” stiffer feel. Haven’t tested it yet. Literally took about 2 mins to install. Make sure that all 4 sides are flipped out behind the pedal. I took a pic of it to show you what I mean. The rubber should be overlapping all 4 sides on the back of the pedal.
