I’ve lived in central Florida my entire life and every time I have to impromptu pick someone up from MCO, going to the theme parks, or what have you, I always wish I had one of those things. For years I’ve been paying by plate and the tolls cost more that way and honestly we are all human and forget to pay them sometimes; which then causes problems when you go to register your vehicle once those tags are due to expire. The tolls are cheaper this way, the app makes it very convenient to add money and has stats on how much you’re paying and saving. I picked this thing up because I was having to commute for work on the 417, but man did it come in handy too when I had a long impromptu trip down i4. The express lane cut down my drive significantly and I drove past majority of the stand still traffic on that awful highway. Not only that but this thing works in several states! I have family all up the east coast and take roadtrips at least once a year. I do not know why it took me so long to pull the trigger on this thing. The convenience is unmatched and I’m kicking myself for paying more all these years!Almost forgot to add:I had owed some tolls when I went to set the account up for this thing and because I purchased this they took $15 off of my owed tolls so it basically paid for itself right then and there. Get this thing!!

I bought a Delaware E-ZPass back in late 2017 at one of the Delaware rest stops, the reason being the fact DE version doesn't charge admin and/or "maintenance" fees unlike some other states. I rarely used the pass, perhaps around 20 times per year, and the only reason I had it is the sheer convenience of not having to stop at toll booths, and the ability to use toll roads on very rare occasions due to road and/or traffic conditions. I didn't really care for "discounts" some states offered because it would be rarely used. It was one of the older style ones that had a primary (non-rechargeable) lithium battery inside that's supposed to be good on an average of 10 years. That thing worked great when I first got it.Fast-forward 7 years and I started getting toll due mails, signifying the battery is probably getting too weak. 7 years of lifespan with rare usage when the advertised lifespan is 10 years is less than ideal. Additionally, when I tried to get it replaced, they offered me the same battery-powered one for $15. Instead, I chose to go with the Uni Pass as that seems to work wherever the E-ZPass system is used, and I don't have to worry about the battery dying since it doesn't use one.The E-PASS Android app used to manage the Uni Pass was simple to use to register the device, account, and vehicle. It does require a valid U.S. driver license for the purpose of account registration, as well as your vehicle type and license plate. In regards to some people having trouble figuring out which number to input during the device registration process, it's the one that says "FL ID". I didn't even have to manually input the number as the app has a built-in barcode reader that did that for me. If you scan the wrong barcode, it'll tell you to scan the other one.I never bothered to use the E-ZPass DE Android app. According to some reviewers, loading money using E-ZPass apps requires a transaction fee. On the other hand, I loaded $100 on my E-PASS account and it was loaded with $100 usable credit, with my bank statement showing it charged me exactly $100, meaning no transaction fee.If you're like me who seldom use the E-ZPass, not wanting to deal with fees and don't care about "discounts," but have it just in case for the sake of convenience, transitioning to the Uni Pass is a no-brainer.

I love this whole E-pass. I use it when I travel and have a rental car. It can be a bit challenging to set up initially. You also need to be careful and make sure that you remove your rental car when you are done with it, but this is so easy to use great value for the money.

If you are travelling around the East Coast, you really need this toll payer device. It makes auto travel worry free since many toll roads don’t have collection booths. We travel a lot in Florida and this unit pays tolls and the app lets you know when to pre pay into your account so you are protected. I wouldn’t be without it!

As I purchased a small car, a mini Cooper, I needed a smaller prepaid portable toll pass from my car. I was very happy to find this one. It works great. It’s very compatible and I have not had any problems at all. In fact, you can’t even see as it’s behind and above my mirror. But it works very well and I’m very happy with it.

Please mention in your selling blurb that you have to have a US driver's license and US address to register to use it.. so pointless to purchase in UK with any plan of using it on holiday sadly 😩.. should have been perfect oh well will try and get a refund

Vraiment très très simple et fonctionne à perfection. Télécharger et enregistrer le sur l'application E-pass avec le numéro du sunpass au dessus du code barre et ne vous inquiétez pas il fonctionnera. Compléter simplement votre profil, nom, adresse, voiture, immatriculation sur l'application à même votre mobile, installer le derrière votre rétroviseur sur le pare brise et le tour est joué. Vous devrez utiliser un zip code qui est, pour les canadiens, les trois chiffres de votre code postal en ajoutant deux "0" à la fin (ex : ###00). Vous pouvez emprunter toutes les voies qui mentionnent "ez-pass only" y compris celles qui contournent le "toll plaza" et qui n'ont qu'un "portail" de caméras pointés sur les voies (un peu comme le pont de la A25). Je suggère fortement ce produit. De plus, l'argent que vous y mettez est valide à vie sans frais, donc vous pourrez le garder à vie et même le prêter puisque vous pouvez enregistrer plusieurs véhicules, vous pouvez aussi enregistrer une carte de crédit au cas où vous oubliez de le prépayer : aucuns soucis, lors de l'enregistrement vous pouvez fixer un montant de 10$us minimum sera débité en cas de fond insuffisant sans frais. En résumé : no brainer, installer et oubliez, bonne route !

Came quicker than advertised. Simple and easy to set -up, however, one major issue you need a US address and drivers licence to register. For tourists visiting US you will not be able to activate it.
