Tea is ok but did not work for me
Personally nothing wrong with the flavor of the tea but it did nothing for me. I recently read that fenugreek sometimes does not help with lactation and unfortunately I am one of those women. Good thing I only had a pack of 2 or else it would have been a waste to drink multiple packs of this tea. Ladies I'd recommend buying one to test it out if your interested to see if it works before buying more.

Been using it religiously everyday all day long… it keeps my milk to a decent supply even I don’t eat other lactation snacks and cheaper than everything else

Does not increase milk
Ordered this tea and was trying to increase milk. It’s tasted ok but did not work for me.

My supply came in right away after drinking. I can feel that it stimulates a little after drinking allowing me to produce more milk supply.
