Beautiful taste. Great way to get additional protein into my diet. Great size - Suitable to fit in bag and take to work/gym/school etc. Very convenient- no powders to mix. Shame its not a bit cheaper in price but suppose paying for the convenience. Would buy again

I Really Like This
This is one of the best protein shakes I have brought. I require to be on a high protein diet so itโs is great for me to have in the morning for breakfast. It keeps me full and it tastes so nice. I can even use it in my chai latte as a milk replacement so I have protein in that then I finish the rest of the shake. I would recommend this shake for any one who is post op for bariatric surgery. Itโs low sugar, keeps you full, you hit your recommended protein intake and it tastes nice.

Tastes like melted cheap ice cream
Really not to my taste - almost exactly like if you let the cheapest vanilla ice cream you can buy defrost so you could drink it. Really powdery and artificially sweetened taste. Macros are decent so it gets a star, but the only way I could drink these was by using them as coffee creamer.

Actually a nice protein shake better than others I try outside, perfect for a breakfast drink

Very convenient protein shake. The taste is great, given that there's 40g+ protein while being under 200cals. Works well as a pre-workout/quick snack, especially when in a calorie deficit.
