Highly recommended to anyone doing hot yoga. I was using a beach towel on top of my mat, but ti kept slipping off. This fits my mat perfectly and the pockets keep it somewhat in place. It will still move around a little in the middle, but at lease it isn't sliding forward or back. I just put it on my mat before I leave the house and roll it up in it, then wash it when I get home.

Not as light as I thought.. I have another microfiber cloth that is lighter. However, since I already bought it and used it, I ll keep it so it not terrible.
