Our pasture raised Berkshires have the perfect conditions to produce superior pork and nowhere will you see that more plainly than in our chops. If you want pork that tastes delicious even without a fancy sauce then these chops are for you. These pork rib chops keep their moisture because of a lower acidity and a higher fat content. They are great marinated or grilled with just a touch of salt. Sirloin chop/package is approximately 2.5lbs. Rib chop/package is approximately 1.5lbs. We ship Monday through Thursday to keep our products fresh.
