Got the product for a good deal. Some of the Pro's and Con's mentioned below - PROs - 1) Sturdy build quality and looks trendy 2) The cooling for a 15x10 room is sufficient. Good air throw and with three sides honeycomb inflow, the air is cooler even at ambient temperatures of upto 39* C 3) Multiple speed options to control from. 4) Dedicated knob to control swing and water pump activation. 5) Swing function very nicely designed where-in the air flow is continuously thrown in the direction its facing plus the swing module which throws burst of air as and when it passes along. Its not the typical swing of other aircoolers or pedastal fan where-in there is a gap of "no-air flow" when its swinging. CONs - 1) The sound of air cooler, to be frank its manageable and I'm nit-picking here as there is no air-cooler in market which is sound less. 2) No remote control option available, I have 10+year old Kenstar cooler at home which has a remote control. 3) No timer option to set to run the air-cooler for specific number of hours and auto turn off. 4) When using with water circulation enabled, the sound of air-cooler increases as the water that is made to come via the honeycomb pads are dripped off from bottom directly into the water reservoir. When I compare it with my old Kenstar cooler, it had a separate tube that would silently drain water from the honeycomb pads back to reservoir which drastically reduced noise. But again Bajaj having a motor with fan option compared to my Kenstar with blower option generates less noise overall so I'm satisfied. Considering the above and if you have a dealbreaker for any of the Cons, I will recommend the product.

Initial impression was good. Cools room but slowly. 36L is morethan enough. You can use it entire night and few hours at day time too. The water inlet is very small. You can't put a pipe to fill it with motor. You have to fill it manually with a jug/mug which is frustrating some times. Be sure that you kept at window/door open and it can be useful for 10×10 size room. I'm using it close to my bed. Otherwise you won't feel the cool air effect. If you are looking for entire room cooling or more airflow better look in dessert coolers category not in personal coolers.

Unfortunately, within the warranty period, the cooler's motor failed. An authorized Bajaj technician visited my home, charged **₹350 as a visiting fee**, and informed me that the motor replacement would cost **₹1,500**. I was not provided with a written technical report or a clear explanation as to why the repair was not being covered under the warranty. I have sent multiple emails to Bajaj Electricals requesting warranty support and clarification, but my issue has not been resolved satisfactorily. My concern is not only the motor failure but also the after-sales service and the handling of a warranty claim. I expected a hassle-free warranty experience, but instead I had to spend time repeatedly following up without a proper resolution. I hope Bajaj Electricals resolves this issue promptly and honors the warranty commitment made to customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

I purchased this cooler from Amazon two years ago. I specifically chose a smaller unit to avoid the year-round maintenance that comes with large coolers. It has exceeded expectations. The tank takes barely 5 minutes to fill and provides cooling for a full 24 hours. The fan is extremely powerful and the swing function effectively circulates air across the entire room. Despite its compact size, performance is impressive. No leakage issues, excellent design, and truly portable. If you want powerful cooling without the upkeep of a big cooler, this is perfect.

It's good based on the product size and air swing flow, the issue is with the mechanism. As it's using fan instead of blower, the expected temperature is unable to achieve with this. It's somewhat relief from heat wave still not upto the mark. Also the wheels are good to move around the air cooler. If there is a way to put ice cubes, that may helpfull for the heat

Its very usefull good quality and worth for money

I am happy with this Bajaj cooler overall. The cooling performance is excellent and it feels like a cool breeze during hot summer days. It does a great job of keeping the room comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cooler is a bit noisy while running, which can be noticeable, especially at night. Also, the wheels don't move smoothly once the tank is filled with water, making it difficult to shift the cooler around. The water-filling design could be more convenient and user-friendly as well. Despite these minor issues, the cooling quality is great and I am satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for effective cooling during summer.

1. The size and shape of the water inlet is too small and inconvenient. Disappointing design. 2. I have NOT been able to register the product till date. The WhatsApp number is a wastage of time. It doesn't understand what the customer is stating. Instead, it keeps repeating the menu, adding to the frustration. The Customer care helpline is manned by some robot. Again, it does NOT understand anything outside its programme, and registration of the product is NOT in its programme.
