They really ease the pain and discomfort, I wear them all day, they stick beautifully, and the perforation makes them easy to apply!

My mom gave me one of these from her box for my knee pain and I broke my ankles running to buy more. I ran varsity cross country in high school and did MMA for years which tore my knees apart. These things Save my knees! They work as soon as you put them on and work for about 4 hours. They give a heat level that gives relief without over burning, but still and undertone of cooling, and there isn’t an over powering odor. They stay on through house work or a work shift so you get bang for your buck because they keep working for a few more hours After you peel off the sticker, and they’re durable. They are incredibly sticky and can be a little ouchie to peel off so watch out. But it’s a tiny price to pay for the relief of pain these things give!!! I will be a life long buyer.

I purchased this item in October of 2024. It arrived quickly. I got to work on using these patches immediately. It is easy to apply. The instructions are written in the package. The menthol scent is pleasant. I found that the patches will not adhere correctly if the knee is not cleaned first. So, take the time to clean the area before using. The nice thing is it's easy to remove. Not too much pulling of the skin. It provides relief for a good minute. I use it as soon as I need immediate relief, which is every day. I do not leave it on for more than 4 hours though. As soon as I feel relief and relaxed, I take it off. These are one of those items that became my go to necessities that I have in my purse. In those moments of need, I pack it along with my disinfectant wipes. This past holiday shopping marathon and long lines, it came in handy and was a real life saver.

They've done the job so well, I rarely have pain these days. Guess I need to get back on that bicycle now.

They have changed and sticky doesn’t stick, they are thinner and a lot less smell. I won’t be buying this crap product again. Please don’t buy this it’s 1/4 of what it used to be.
