This dash cam paid for itself. On July 4, 2026, after I withdrew money from an ATM, someone followed me and later smashed the driver's side window of my car. The video quality was clear enough that the police were able to identify the person responsible. I never expected to need the footage, but I'm incredibly grateful I had this dash cam. It provided valuable evidence and gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. If you're thinking about buying a dash cam, don't wait until something happens. I highly recommend this one.

It’s very easy to install and the camera quality works great. The app is easy to use and download the videos from. It’s able to record the entire front windshield view! You do have to be connected to the camera in order to retrieve the videos but I don’t mind.

I use this every day too and from work. It has caught some great moments. The app is decent enough, easy to install. I had to get my own memory card but was not a problem. I haven't had any problems with reliability it does exactly what it says so very reasonable. The price is what sold me and that is why I gave it 5 stars. It helps me feel safe driving and gives me ease of mind.

The camera itself appears to be sturdy and made from high quality materials. It's compact, but still lightweight. In the box the camera comes with some nice adhesion pads, a 12V car to USB-A adapter, and a long USB-C to USB-A cable. This particular product does not come with a microSD Card. it also comes with a hard plastic tool that you can use to pry up your car trim or push down the wiring to hide it from sight. To setup the camera, change the settings, and view the recorded videos on the camera, you need to use the 70mai app that you download on your iPhone or Android phone. This app will have you make a WiFi connection directly to the camera to access it. I had issues with maintaining a stable connection when I tried to install an updated firmware on the camera, but I fixed that issue by configuring my Samsung phone to use the phone's MAC address instead of a randomized address. After I did that, I was able to do the firmware update with no issues. In my Ford Explorer, I routed the wire from the camera across the top of the windshield, down the front A-pillar post, around the side of the instrument panel and along the bottom of the front dash and over to my center console where I had a USB-A port. However, I came up short by about 3 feet. So, instead of using this power cord I purchased online a USB-C power cord that is 11.5 ft long and connects to the OBD port (normally used by mechanics for diagnostics hookup) just under the dash on the driver's side. I also noticed that the voice command feature doesn't work. Update: After driving a few days with this camera activated it seems to be working just fine. It automatically starts up quietly and I can see the glowing green light on the end of the camera indicating it is on and recording. I've download a few of the recorded videos onto my phone and then transferred them to my desktop Mac computer. The videos look pretty sharp and are not laggy at all. I really like the simplicity in operation of this camera. I can definitely recommend this camera for those who want something inexpensive, easy to install and use. I'll update my review after I use this new dash camera for about a week.

I like these 70mai cams so much I bought another after I sold the car. Nighttime resolution could be better. The infrared LEDs seem to only illuminate a few yards ahead, but that's the same for every dashcam (four) I've owned. I particularly like that it doesn't have a screen. Most dashcam screens are so timy as to be almost useless. This device is so small, it's almost a 'stealth' camera. It tucks up behind my rearview mirror and is almost invisible from inside, and small enough to not attract attention from outside the car. My only complaints are: the 'emergency record' function seems to kick in every time I hit a pothole or brake hard. I guess it's better to falsely detect an accident, than to miss a real one. The voice control is useless. It rarely hears my commands, and unless it's very quiet, I can't hear the responses.

Cool dash cam. Did my research and for the price-- this is it!!! Remember, your dash cam can be used against you also!! Personal cam-- you want front view only.. Better if no view inside vehicle. You can have a rear view but if your hit in rear its their fault anyway. **For the price, ease of operation, ease of installation and ease of moving it from vehicle to vehicle--- buy it!!! Would recommend. Update-- after used for 3 days---- view is clear & nice.. Did look at the recorded view--- good, clear. can see exactly what i need for front view of MY car!!!! Cons------ NO night vision(if no headlights lights or street lights-- no see), NOT able to read someones tag, and the recordings are in 1 min sections(which may be normal-- dont know), only date & time stamped. no mph or voice on mine ( says you can tell it to record voice-- haven't tried it yet. BUT STILL--- for the price-- great product

This was actually a little tricky to get it working, there are a couple steps to go through to get this to work, must use an email to sign up on the actual app that connects with dash cam, this dash cam does not have a camera of itself you have to use it through your cell phone but for the price it was I can't complain. I'm satisfied with the progress and it's easy to use once everything is set up. Just got to make sure you use the right product name to sign up, 70 Mai Dash Cam M310, don't think it's wise to change the password to get the camera to work through your cell phone otherwise you may start experiencing problems and you have to do a factory reset, I recommend this item to other potential customers for interested in dash cam cameras for their sedans or SUVs.

Not the worse cam, but right away I hated that I could not run Android Auto (AA), and this cam simultaneously. It'll still records when you get it connected to your phones hotspot, but kinda pointless when the you don't have the "ease" of simply reviewing video when you want. At first I had to log off my AA, then connect the cam, but because I have AA programmed to connect automatically, I then had to "forget "AA" so the cam can use the wifi alone, and show video...(again you can't have both working simultaneously.) It's just a hassle. Also, the price of the cam DOES NOT include the SD card which is another $20 or more. So, for the full price of this cam I think I could have gotten one a bit more user friendly. Still, with that said it's not horrible. It records well, offers warnings, has built in crash detection, and the size hides neatly behind my review mirror. I just like anything to do with my vehicle to be as hassle free as possible, and the connection issue bugs me. I think I'll move this to the rear window, and get another for the front.

This is the best dashcam you can get for this price range. Video quality is superb and you can read the license plates in night recording. The setup is super simple and ready to use instantly. The app provides you all the customization for your dash cam. Cam has voice recognition feature, which is great for taking snap shots without touching the camera. This is the perfect equipment for you if you are looking for just a dashcam without being much facny. It's simple and it does it's job. Highly recommended product.

Amazing product no overheating or anything Video clarity reasonable for the price, number plate visibility within 10-15 meters on day time , after connecting wifi with the device it immediately disconnects because apple carplay takes control. So i have to turn off bluetooth and disconnect apple carplay completely to ensure uninterrupted connection with the cam. However the voice command works surprisingly well
