Nope, this little gem was for me and my two-legged lady friend, who has a knack for turning bedtime into a scene from a Tarantino waterpark montage. Spoiler alert: it’s glorious! Waterproof? More like life-proof. It laughs in the face of passionate pillow fights, enthusiastic Netflix-and-thrills, and the occasional wine spill (or other spills, if we’re being honest). Plus, it’s washable, because let’s face it: you’re gonna need that feature. And the texture—oh boy. It’s so soft and luxurious that I’m 90% sure I caught my lady friend petting it when she thought I wasn’t looking. Heck, even I found myself whispering, “Where have you been all my life?” The fact that it’s technically a pet blanket just means it’s built for durability. But let me tell you, no pet will love it as much as you will. Don’t question it—just embrace the shaggy bliss and make your bed the coziest, mess-proof love den it can be. 10/10, would snuggle (and then some) again.

The price was so good that I was nervous. I read some reviews about it being small and not waterproof. We do also have a paw.com throw but that was $200 so I really didn’t expect it to be the exact same but was hoping for comparable. So here it is. I put it down in the kitchen to test waterproofing, dogs loved it right away. Pics of them laying on it immediately after putting down. It is on the thinner side, but I bought it to bring to airbnbs and put on the couches so thinness was a bonus in this case. It’s a good size, covers most of my extra long sofa so it will work perfect for our travels and regular home use. I tested the waterproofness by placing a towel under it and pouring water on it. The water stayed on top of the blanket. Completely dry underneath. Definitely waterproof. Overall I’m happy and would buy a couple more of these. My dogs love blankets and tend to chew them as well so I would rather buy something easily replaceable like this than a super expensive, thick, throw blanket. And the doggies love faux fur. Very happy with it. Only downside so far, it does shed a lot so I will wash it and see if that makes it better. That could be a deal breaker if it doesn’t since I bought these to keep hair etc off couches. Hopefully I can update this later.

This throw is nice and my dog likes it - but it's slippery and parts of my sofa get exposed especially when she's jumping up or down. It's just a bit small for draping over the sofa with a 75 pound dog on it. I did have to wash it before she would get up on it. I couldn't detect any smell but apparently my dog could. All in all this looks sharp and is soft and comfy. When I washed it and air dried it, it dried beautifully. If it came in an XXL I would have bought that one and I think it would have been better. All in all it's a nice dog throw.

I love this blanket it's great! Better yet, my dog loves this blanket. He's had it since he was 7 weeks. He is now 6 months. It seems to be waterproof. I had to travel with my pup and it seems we didnt get to stop quick enough for him to potty so he used section of his blanket. This happened a couple of times and nothing soaked through to the seat or my lap (when I wasn't driving, don't judge). I just ordered a new one. Not because the first one didnt last, it's still good as new, well it did accidentally get put in the dryer on a normal heat setting which matted the soft faux fur. So a word of advice DO NOT put it in the dryer at all. After using the washing machine on gentle, let it hang to air dry and it comes out beautiful! I did comb the matts out and it is very soft but not the same faux fur texture. I got the blanket in dark Grey. Now I don't have to bring it in and out of the car. I can keep one in his dog seat in the car and one on the couch or wherever he drags it to so he can snuggle. It's soft, warm, not too heavy, a great value for the price, you can't beat it! My puppy prefers this blanket over any of his other blankets! I bought the size large blanket at 6 months he weighs 64 lbs and there's still plenty of room. I'd love one in Dark Blue

I have a 9 week old puppy who is doing his best not to urinate where he shouldn't, but accidents happen. He has nailed this throw countless times because it happens to be in a spot he frequents. This has saved me from having to shampoo my carpet daily. It washes very well, dries well, is fluffy and comfortable. My 8 year old Lab loves it also. The size is manageable for bundling up and tossing in the washer. No need for a trip to the laundromat. Mine has not shed at all and seems to be a quality product. I have washed this daily since buying it. I keep thinking today's the day we'll make it without an accident. I think the size to price ratio makes this throw a good value and the fact that it is truly puppy urine proof is worth it to me. Plus my puppy loves to bury his antlers under it. Update.. I have since bought a second throw..these are super and all the animals (dogs and cats) love them. The fleece/fur is cozy and these have worked so well for me with the puppy. I have the light grey and the taupe. I prefer the light grey color. Neither has faded or deteriorated in any way and I was washing the grey one daily, sometimes twice a day. No matting and it's held up nicely.

I absolutely loved this item when I got it. It looked wonderful on the couch. Nice XL size covers about half of a loveseat. Dog loved lying on it. Stayed on the couch and did not slide. Then I washed it and the beauty was gone. I had followed the directions on the tag, but the look was ruined. My daughter tried "brushing it out" to get back the original look, but had no success. I would have just tried putting it in the sun to freshen it if I'd known, but probably would have needed a wash eventually. Maybe for a lower price would buy again and see if I could clean it another way.

This blanket is soft as silk. My border collie loves it - it keeps her warm and cozy on cold nights and she absolutely loves to rub her face on it. She burrows into it and hides toys in it. Better, it's durable and washable. Puppy piddles are one thing - my girl got sick with recurring diarrhea - all over this blanket. One run thru the washer with an extra rinse and it was good as new, no staining, no smell, just as soft and fluffy as brand new. 11/10, if this one wears out I will buy another one - fantastic blanket. We did have it on the sofa for a while, but it's soft and shifty and hard to keep in place on a sofa, it's better on a bed, on a floor or dog bed, or in a kennel - but if you tuck the edges in it can be fine on a sofa as well.

I had high hopes for this blanket but was not very impressed. I purchased the large dog bread blanket and it's smaller than I had imagined. The quality also isn't great. I had purchased it for my couch, so their wouldn't be dog hair everywhere, but it is much smaller than I anticipated. I just put it on her dog bed now.

Tengo una perrita que es la que prueba colchonetas , cojines y demás . Y esta le encantó no alcancé ni a ponerla en el sillón jajaja. La ventaja que la puedes poner en tu cama , en un sillón , puf, etc y se ve mas linda que las cobijas que uno regularmente pone. La recomiendo esta súper suavecita !
