In my opinion this is the perfect picnic basket. Beautifully designed and well made. Holds everything you might need for an impromptu picnic or road trip or trek down to the beach on Cape Cod. It's lightweight and sturdy. Holds everything you need for the perfect picnic. It's a beauty to look at. Love the fact that half the basket is a well insulated cooler to keep drinks, cheese, and fruit cold. Carefully packed and very quickly shipped. It is reasonably priced and you get your money's worth.

I purchased three of these for my daughter and daughter-in-laws and they absolutely love them. They have everything you need for a picnic and they are well made!!

I bought this for a wedding gift and have looked at it but of course haven't used it. Looks classy, and well made even with plastic plates and stainless flatware. It's the idea of taking the time to go on picnics together I was looking for. I bought one 30 years ago for my nieces wedding, and they still use theirs so I for them anyway, the idea sunk in, and they are still happily married.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought and returned several bags and containers for my LED nail light, home manicure tools, and nail polishes. This picnic basket is great as a picnic basket but works wonderfully as a manicure kit. It’s big enough to hold my 50 nail polishes and all my tools, and pretty enough to leave sitting out anywhere in the house.

This picnic classic picnic basket inclues an insulated chamber to keep your picnic goodies fresh all day. It looks great on the back of my wife's MGB and was light on the pocketbook. I do wish it had come with a rain cover.

Love, love, love this basket! I research high and low the various types of picnic baskets (cooler vs no cooler, rectangle vs circular, wine holder vs. none) and decided on this one. Unlike other picnic baskets where you have to hold awkwardly briefcase style by the hand, this picnic basket has a shoulder strap to alleviate some of the weight of your picnic goodies. And you really can load this baby up!!! The silverware is adequate; I can't comment on the plates and cups as I've yet to use them but they will suit an on-the-go purpose, I am certain. I love the dark brown rich hue of the wood and the basic cream linen interior compared to some of the tacky plaid combos I saw - as a neutrals kinda gal, I appreciated this! To make your picnic even better, roll up a blanket and set it ontop of the picnic basket for easy toting when you've got the basket on your shoulder.

I purchased this as a mothers day gift. Item arrived two days late. The basket looks just like the picture. It seems to be sturdy and decently made. As I said it seems to be the reason I can't verify the validity of these claims is the chemical smell coming off this thing is so strong I cant me near it for more than a few minutes. I defiantly would not trust putting food in it as of yet. I've let this Basket air out in a garage for the better part of a week now and it seems to be just as strong of a chemical smell as day one. If it ever stops raining here I plan on washing the basket in some dish soap and leaving it out side in the sun to dry. I'm hoping a wash takes care of the smell and that I don't ruin the basket by getting it wet.

This picnic basket is huge. It has silverware/glassware for 4. It has a section to keep foods cool if needed.It is pretty, sturdy and can hold quite a bit of food. I am very pleased. It would make a lovely gift.

The utensils are plastic with a wood look, so are the plates. I will be replacing them with others, though there is no need to, they’re sturdy and work just fine. The straps that hold things in place are also plastic, but seem like they will hold up over time. Would buy again.
