Low quality center stud
I will not buy this item ever again the main stud that holds the filter and cover broke leaving the cover with part of the stud in it! Had to drill it out and grind the cover down to put a long bolt in it, the stud was low quality!

Beauty, quality and power. 2004 XL1200C
I bought this for my 2004 Sportster Custom1200cc. It is built beautifully, all solid aluminium, all parts chromed, even those facing the engine. It has drainage for oil collection. Fits perfectly and looks great. It also really delivers in performance. I have a Screamin Eagle Dynojet kit in my carb, and the difference against stock air filter is evident, even the sound is different. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anybody. The installation is pretty straightforward, it took me 10-15 minutes, but a schematic in the box or a picture online could be helpful.
