Quiet and efficient
Possibly the quietest dehumidifier I have ever owned. Works great and perfect for our needs. The only downside was that Amazon did not label the box to be one side up, so it arrived upside down and we had to let it settle for 24 hours before using it.

Small but mighty—I bought another one for a reason.
July 2026: I purchased this Pro Breeze mini dehumidifier in July 2021, and it has been one of those small appliances that quietly does its job day after day. Don’t let the size fool you. The reservoir isn’t huge, but it holds plenty of water for a small space. During the summer, I could often go several days—sometimes close to a week—before needing to empty it. Maintenance is simple. The reservoir is easy to remove and clean, and I appreciated that the unit automatically shut off and displayed a “Full” indicator light whenever the tank needed to be emptied. After about four years of regular use, it finally reached the end of its life. It began indicating that the reservoir was full even when it was empty, so it was time to replace it. Considering how long it lasted and how consistently it performed, I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, I was so happy with it that I purchased the same model again. If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable dehumidifier for a bathroom, closet, laundry room, RV, or other small space, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one.

Product WILL Die, ZERO Support
When I purchased this product in July of last year, I was looking for a small-ish quiet dehumidifier for a room in an apartment I was moving to. The main use for it would be to take moisture out of a walk-in closet and occasionally a ~140 square feet room. I had scoured the reviews, and landed on the 2200 cubic foot model of the Pro Breeze. When I first got it, the unit seemed to work okay. It was definitely not anything near quiet like the manufacturer (and exclusive Amazon.com storefront seller) claims to be. In fact, it's louder than my larger air purifier by quite a lot. However, I did not mind at the time, as I would only leave it on for part of the time. Cut to now, April. The weather is warming up for the summer, and I'm trying to get the unit running again. The machine turns on, but doesn't take a single drop of water out of the environment. Not a single drop in the collection bin after hours of use. So I figured, since it was still well within warranty, I might as well get the unit replaced. I send an email to their customer support. Most of them would give you a general troubleshoot before admitting their unit might be faulty and offer to replace. But no, not Pro Breeze. They've been giving me the run around, continually claiming that: 1.) my dehumidifier to be a smaller unit that the one I purchased 2.) The unit wouldn't work in a room that was smaller than their room limitations (which was untrue, as it worked prior) 3.) The unit would not work at humidity above OR below exactly 60% (which is absurd, that's not how humidifiers work at all) They refuse to honor a warranty that's well within its range, claiming that their product (and I quote) "needs to be used in an environment within its ideal range". Now, we know that's all untrue because it's worked previously. They won't accept that their units have terrible issues that cause them to fail within a year of purchase. Their recourse? They can recommend another unit for me to buy. So here's my overall review: It oversells and under-delivers when it does work, but this thing will eventually fail on you. And if it does during the warranty period, expect zero support from their warranty department. The warranty simply does not exist. Unless you like terrible odds or skydiving without a backup parachute, I would recommend buyers look for another brand altogether.

It works and good for small spaces only
It’s not too loud, it took 5 days and it filled the tank. It definitely works but it’s for small spaces, example I give is bathrooms. I’ve decided to keep it but I feed I could be making a mistake. I wish it had twice the capability in this style.

Does what it needs to do for the price
I live in an extremely humid region with no fan in my bathroom. The humidity in my bathroom has gotten so high in the past that if the AC is running, after only a short shower there is water dripping from my vents. This appears to have helped with the pink and black mold in the shower. The bathroom carpets and towels also appear to be drying faster. My apartment is about 500sqft and always feels stuffy with humidity and this is helping a lot. It has been running for several hours nearly every day for 2 months now and is still working great. At first I left it running 24/7 but I did start to notice an ozone type of smell (like when you use a hair dryer) so now I only turn it on before I shower and leave it on until I go to bed, usually 6 hours or less per day. This is still helping and there is no smell, so it appears to be doing the job. Where I live is consistently so humid that I don't think I will ever reach the shut-off level, so I can't speak for the automatic shut-off function. I can definitely hear the noise from the next room but it just sounds like a fan so it's not bothersome at all, in fact I often forget to turn it off because the noise is so unremarkable. The tray is easy to remove and empty; I bought the 250sqft option and I am emptying the container maybe once a week when it is about 3/4 full. It does have a very bright green light (much larger than that of a smoke detector) to show that it is "on" so if you are using this in a bedroom for example it may be noticeable.

Dehumidifier water production.
I ‘ve only had the dehumidifier 3 days and it’s working as expected. Haven’t had fill container off water. I wanted to see how much water was produced in 24 hours. The a mount was about a forth of container.

Great Item, Excellent Customer Service
This dehumidifier is exactly what we needed for a bedroom that my wife uses for an office several days a week after we realized it has a mold problem. The dehumidifier runs quietly, pulls a good amount of moisture out of the air, and is dead simple to operate. There are only two settings - on or off. When the water tank is full, the device turns off automatically (a float in the tank rises up and presses an internal switch). Emptying the tank is stupid simple, and I am the kind of person that spills every time I add water to the coffee maker. Unfortunately, after a few months of continuous operation, the dehumidifier stopped working. When plugged in, it remained silent and no lights came on. If I manually pressed the "full" switch, the full light would illuminate, indicating that the unit was receiving power. Now the very good. It took a few tries to create a support case on the ProBreeze website -- you are required to upload a file, but the two days I tried to use the site, file uploads were broken. I eventually chatted with the automated assistant on the bottom right corner of the site, and it asked me all the same questions AND allowed me to upload a video showing the problem with my device. At the end of this exchange, the chat bot told me to expect a response within several business days. The VERY NEXT DAY, less than twelve hours later, a human rep emailed to ask for my mailing address. They sent a replacement unit to me at no cost. No need to ship back the broken one, as my video was adequate evidence of defect. I put in my request on a Monday night, and I *had a brand new replacement by Thursday afternoon*. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had after an item fails. I am very impressed, and I can confidently say that ProBreeze stands behind their products.

Not as great as it claims
DATE PURCHASED: November 7, 2018 EXPERIENCE: I put this in my bedroom which is about 1500 cubic ft. I let it run 24 hours a day for a solid week and it only pulled half a container of water. It claims "up to" 18oz of water per day. Even at half of that, the container should've been full in 5 days. Most of the time, the humidity in the bedroom was the same as the rest of the house. I have multiple points that I pull readings from and, at the most, it was ever only 1% lower than readings from other points upstairs and down. NOISE LEVEL: For me, the machine is quiet enough. It is almost like white noise in the background, so I had no issues with it running while trying to go to sleep. OPERATION: Super simple. It only has an on/off switch on the back, so you have the potential of pairing it with a smart plug and having automated functionality. I don't know if the auto shutoff works when it gets full since it never did. SUMMARY: I wouldn't recommend this dehumidifier. There was no significant change in the humidity in the bedroom after running it for a week. Why a 3-star review? Because it was quiet and it did pull some moisture out of the air, but not at the volume it claimed to do. The "up to 18oz per day" is a far cry from the 3.5oz I was actually getting. It might work better in a warmer home (since it's winter weather, I keep my house at 65) and in a better sealed room than a bedroom which has some back and forth traffic.

Easy to operate, could be a bit more quiet
4.4 stars. Works pretty good. No complaints. It pulls about a cups worth on humid days in 24 hrs, depending on the humidity level in the room. It’s not as quiet as I would like it to be, so I just turned it on during the day when I am not in the room. The sound is actually not that loud tbh, but it’s not a white fan type of sound, and I am a very light sleeper. Would be nice if they had a daytime setting and a lower nighttime setting. Would also be nice if it showed the humidity level on it. But hey, it’s a good price and value. What I like is the size is practical and you don’t have to emptied out every single day. I’m guessing there’s almost a litres worth of space for the water to be collected in it. Also there is no filter so that’s handy. And it doesn’t heat up the air like some units do. Make sure the plug is pushed well into the unit or you might think it’s not working. I bought 2 and alternate rooms. It’s good for medium to large sized rooms. Nice blue light when it’s on.

Would definitely recommend
Really really good, my bedroom was full of damp pretty much every winter until the pro breeze dehumidifier started doing its thing. Zero damp in the room and it warms up much quicker too. Its not really big but isn't super compact either, instructions are easy to follow, great value for money and durable product.
