Is this the best formula for people looking for a multi that has mthfr and comt issues?

I have both of those issues and that’s why I take this. Not sure if i can answer if it’s the best as I would have had compared others that are meant for people with those issues. I believe the maker of the brand (Ben Lynch) is an expert about those issues though.

What’s the difference between Minus One and Methyl one?

Minus one does not contain methylated vitamins (methyl folate) but rather folinic acid. Some people do not tolerate methylated vitamins very well because it is too strong for them- this is a good alternative.
