Full disclosure, I am not using this for food. I am using this for 3D Printing filament drying and annealing. I must say, so far it's been extraordinary, works incredibly well - especially for the price. It's the perfect size for a 1kg spool, weeks incredibly easily, it soars past temperatures of other specially-designed dryers (BIG + there) and has a superior timer, the ONLY nit puck I have is it is set by hour. For my use it's not a huge thing, but if you're using it for less than hours' time wise you may have to set a secondary timer.Due to my use-case I don't have to clean it, but it's all metal inside and comes with extra inserts so it should be a breeze to clean. It's a considerably light device which is awesome, and takes up very little room all things considered.I haven't successfully annealed anything yet, but I will be tonight, so if I remember I will report back then.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a quality dehydrator to start my journey of healthier homemade foods, and this was a great choice! It’s heavy duty and can handle a lot at once. All my food dehydrates equally and is consistent in its quality. The dehydrator itself is relatively quiet while it works and it’s not disruptive. It comes with so many different trays and hooks for whatever you want to make, plus a recipe book! That’s my favorite part as a beginner so I have an idea of where to start. It’s easy to turn on, just the click of a button, and doesn’t need you to constantly check in on it. Overall I’m happy with my purchase! This dehydrator really changes the game for my health!

I love this dehydrator. I saw that one of our favorite sushi bars uses it for their cocktail toppers. I found the same one on Amazon and purchased it. It works great so far. I have only used it to dry lemons and limes for cocktails I also attempted oranges and grapefruit, and it actually did really well. It helps to pat dry any fruit before putting them in the dehydrator to help take away the excess moisture. It comes with multiple trays, including two silicone trays. It also provides screen protectors for the trays. It is also easy to wipe down. Overall I am happy with the purchase and use this dehydrator on a regular basis.

Nice dehydrator, well built, and comes with a large number of accessories. The only issue I've run into is the fruit leather trays. The unit came with two, YAY! But, I haven't found a way to buy two more so that I have one for each shelf. I contacted Septree, but the response obviously did not come from an english speaker and was not comprehensible. I'll try again, but it makes me wonder what will happen if there is a problem with the dehydrator and I need customer support.Update: Per Septree the silicone fruit leather tray inserts are no longer being made! So, beware, do not purchase this dehydrator if you have any intention of making fruit leather, crackers or similar items that require a tray with a lip. Had I known this I would have bought the larger 6 tray unit which has more commonly sized shelves.

Cute small dehydrator. It does a great job. It looks nice and takes little space. I tried making dog treats such as chicken feet, and chicken breasts, as well as dried apples and strawberries and beef jerky for the humans in the family. Definitely recommended. My puppy LOVED the dog treats I made with it, and they were much cheaper than the ones from the store!

I purchased this small countertop dehydrator in 2022 to dry foraged mushrooms, herbs, and fruits and vegetables. I have been extremely pleased with the build, workmanship, and dependability of this machine, and I have used it several times a week during the growing season with no issues whatsoever. I did not expect it to be as good as it has proven to be for the price I paid, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised.Things I love:The compact size fits in my small kitchen without wasting precious counter space.It’s quiet!It has adjustable temperature and time settings to fully customize your dehydrating schedule depending on what material you’re drying.I can easily pop in herbs, or thinly chopped veggies, fresh coconut, or even flowers, and have them ready to store in hours.I have no dislikes at all! In fact, I plan to purchase another one to keep in my art studio for use with drying non food items like clay and glass putty:This dehydrator is simply fantastic, still going strong two years later.

I use this when making royal icing cookies to speed up the drying and add shine & puff. It really does work well. I am able to do multiple layers within an hour, instead of waiting 8-12 hours in between layers. Total game changer! It is super easy to use, and the size is great. It fits perfectly fine on my counter. Only two things I would change is that sometimes it’s a little hard getting the trays back in without wiggling them around a bit, and I wish you could set the timer in minutes, rather than increments.
