The perfect companion to the book - I love this journal. So nice to have the prompts all in one place and there is plenty to room to write everything you want. Love!

Amanda is amazing! I just love her realness and how life changing she is.

I got this to accompany the audio book but it's so difficult to read because the print is so light and when a thin font is used, the ink color can't also be light. Some pages are easy to read but those pages are not really important to the purpose. I found a lot of this journal difficult to read without very bright light. I tend to only have time before bedtime to do anything personal for myself, as my life is very busy right now. My bedside lamp isnt uktra bright or florescent. Unless I have a bright light shining on the pages, its difficult to read. Unfortunately it's discouraged me from even using it. Instead I've been listening to the podcast before bed, the the intros on every episode is super annoying. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought this because it goes with the book. It helped me actually journal when I didn’t feel I had the time. I bought the audio book, so this made it easy to journal fast and anywhere. I did it in the pickup line at my kid’s school. Thanks Amanda!

I'm using this alongside the audiobook and the physical copy. It's helping me stay committed to answering the q's as I'm not into journaling really and sometimes you need that push. Do you need it? No. But I decided to invest and I'm glad I did. Otherwise you could use any notebook and get the same outcome.

This was just a very cheap and flimsy printout of the prompts included in the book… for the price of a moleskin 🙄. I’ll get rich af using different tactics! 😝
