Does not work.
I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. It didn’t charge up so I sent it back to replace with another hoverboard. I received the replacement but it had the same problem. None of the packaging information provided any contact information for the seller or manufacturer and it’s too late to return it to Amazon. I’m at a loss of what to do.

Bought 2 of them that did not work
Never ordered a product off Amazon that didn't work the first time and the replacement didn't work either.Bought this for Christmas and my son waited 15 days for the replacement only for it to not work. Battery issue. I wouldn't buy from this manufacturer

we have 200lvs all terrain one and it works great but it was leaving black marks in the floor. I decided to buy this one because of clear rubber wheels.220lbs capacity im 200lbs squeaks and cracks and barely moves ( other one has no problems)not very sensitive but over "reacting"BT speaker is uselessBut works for kids, looks awesome, doesn't mark floor

AWESOME
The wheels are very! Coool. When you get off of it it stays straight so it does not get scratches .Amazingly awesome for the price . I would highly recommend if you want cheap but cool hoverboards

Defective
I waited until x mas day to try it out for my daughter and it won’t charge AT ALL . I reached out to customer service who walked me through a few different steps to try to get it to work . Ultimately I had to send it back.
