warm comfortable hat that fits well
little hesitant at 1st to order, since many OSFA hats are cut too small. (OSFA = one size fits all)Hat fit just right, even without adjusting the brim.Ribbing is tight, and hat seems like it will last. (Very warm also)The Thinsulate label is sewn on the brim, and fit better wearing it with the label on the side of head.(The fold would then run front to back) Beanies Cap 20-3M-Black I carefully removed the label since it seems weird to have it there. It is about 10 inches long with the brim folded, and about 8 inches wide.

Nice Hat - Poor Workmanship
For the most part, this is a great hat; however, it has one serious flaw. The inside liner is not sewn properly. I had to return the first hat I ordered because the liner was separating from the hat right from the start. The second hat arrived in better condition, but after wearing it just a few times, the liner on this hat also began separating. The materials are fine and the hat is very warm as expected, but the workmanship leaves much to be desired.

They run a bit small
These were a Christmas gift for a man with a slightly smaller head than average and the hats were still too tight. We've put them on a mannequin head in hopes of stretching them out, but so far no luck. So I would not recommend these hats for adult men with average or large heads. Small women, teens and even children, yes, men no. For us, the hats weren't worth the money spent since he can't wear the hats. For somebody else with a small head, the value would be there.

Stitches holding the liner to the cap ripped on first wearing, not worth the postage to return.
I don’t have a very big head. I wear a 7½ hat, which is right on the cusp of L & XL for most makers, and on the cusp of M & L for my most recent Amazon purchase. The first time I pulled this one on, I heard a ripping sound. I took it off and discovered that about an inch of the stitching holding the Thinsulate™️ liner to the cap had ripped away. Same thing happened yesterday when I wore it the second time. This is more a child/teen size than a cap for adults.UPDATE: it would cost $3.33 to return it. It’ll probably last through the rest of winter, but then, out it goes.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
HAT ARRIVED QUICKLY AND FAIRLY PACKAGED. LOOKED REALLY WELL MADE BUT AFTER ONLY A WEEK IT STARTED TO FALL APART INSIDE. THE STITCHING CAME LOOSE AND THAT WAS THE END OF THE HAT. I WAS EXCITED TO BUY AT SUCH A LOW PRICE I ORDERED 3 😖😖😖

Warm, but not made for head sizes above medium.
This would be a fantastic hat, but the thinsulate insulation liner does not expand like the knitted red material, and the stitches snapped, leaving me pulling thinsulate material out of my hair at a campout. It is definitely warm, and some emergency sewing got the break closed up, but if your head is anything other than small to medium sized, don't get this hat.

Warm but small
The hat looks good, but the color really is navy. In the picture it looked brighter. It looks well made and it is very warm, but it is small and doesn't stay on my head very well. I've never had that happen with a hat before. I think I have an average size head. I'm still glad I bought it.
