I have wide feet too and they will be wide enough.

Are the soles firm or squishy?

The soles are firm. These are the best flip flops I've ever had. This is my second pair. I bought the first pair 5 years ago at a yard sale and I just replaced them this year.

Are these flip-flops latex free?
