Decent cup beginner kit
Everything was well packaged but they forgot the cotton swab wand. Wish it also came with instructions what the little needles are for. Good thick cups and sturdy.

They work!!
These work great. The only downside to this set of cups is the number of very large cups is too great. I would have preferred to have more middle-sized cups and fewer large ones. Aside from that, it's a wonderful set.

Bad packaging and broken product
The product came within a foam box inside a plastic bag without the original product box. One cup is totally broken. There is no product instruction provided. It’s very poor quality product.

These arrived in perfect condition. I was a little concerned by a few poor reviews, but decided I'll just return if they are damaged. I can't even figure how anyone received these damaged unless someone played kick the can down the street with their package. They are packaged perfect to protect glass and even a small amount of kick the can. No instructions at all, but I got the idea to get them from watching glass cupping using a heat flame. So I am fine with YouTubes instructional 5 minute video. I think these are a fantastic buy. I also liked something about a warm heated glass cup, over the new chemical plastic cups with a suction device. Just my own thinking and preference for this type of relaxed therapy setting.
