This DVD compilation of Tears for Fears greatest hits is absolutely worth the price. The DVD follows the order of the audio CD (which I have and is always at the ready in my car) from start to finish. The videos for the older songs from The Hurting are bizarre. It would be unfair though, to lower this rating as the songs themselves are classic and timeless. Further, TFF were still up and coming at the time and probably didn't have the money to invest in better production of their videos then. The band doesn't get the recognition they deserve in my view. The evolution of their music from The Hurting to the Seeds of Love is evident and their growth and depth as artists during the entire period is admirable. Separately, The Hurting, Songs from the Big Chair and The Seeds of Love are fantastic. Together, as a whole body of work, they put TFF into an elite class of great artists of the 80s and early 90s.

At times, there was visible macro-blocking (appearance of crude transparent squares substituting for picture detail) or mosquito noise (artificial movement in the contours of objects) in some of the videos. This meant that the material was highly compressed. If the quality was better, I'd give 5 stars despite a few missing videos.

This is hit and miss when it comes to players that will play it. My older Blu-ray player and computer Blu-ray drive would not read it. My newer pioneer dvd player in my car read it perfectly. The cover is different from what is pictured.Great collection of videos that spans from the "The Hurting" to "The Seeds of love" and "Tears roll down" from the UK release of "The Seeds of love" cd and the USA greatest hits. I bought this to replace the laserdisc of "The Hurting". Pretty happy with the selection of videos.

Beware if you were to buy this Tears for Fears video... it is Zone 2 pal or it might be Zone zero but none the less it's a pal not and ntsc which is very important if you have American DVD players that aren't capable of playing both ntsc and pal quite frankly I don't understand why they're still a difference! since everything is digital now everything should work unless Hollywood or the copyright owners deem it to be zoned for the eight different zones on the planet. this allows them to resell the same product if they so desire to.8 different zones at different prices or they can just make it a Zone zero Universal play....

Great dvd but you will need multisystem dvd device to plat disc .

Be careful when making the decision to purchase this DVD. Although it states that the DVD will play in all regions, this is far from the truth. This DVD would not function in my Sanyo Blu Ray player or my Sony DVD player. If you have a region 1 player, I strongly recommend avoiding this DVD. Neither Amazon or Deep Discount gave adequate warning concerning the region 1 playback capabilities.

Brought for my toddler who is addicted to the band, contains all of the biggest hits and I was quite happy to see this has been remastered in 5.1 sound which for some of these older bands doesn't happen enough, therefore is sounds sound on the surround.It looks like the the original videos have not been polished but they are a little dated anyway as I don't think they were really known for big budget videos.It any case, it sound good, was reasonably priced and the little one loves it, nuff said.

Just superb! Have watched a number of times now. If you like TFF, this won't disappoint you

Great selection of tracks from a great band. Great to see them back together with a new album as well

I loved this group back in the day and seeing all of their hits on video format simply reminded me of just why.
