This is a lot of noodles. There are 12 individually wrapped packs of noodles in the big bag. Just one pack will feed 2 people when you stir-fry with meat and vegetables like you see in Chinese restaurants. The noodles are easy to cook and they taste fine. I know my noodles because I used to live in Singapore, (great chow capital of the world) I had tried to find these just perfect noodles here in the States forever until I lucked it up and found these. One little nest will make dinner for 4 easily. What you do is boil them for 3 minutes, drain and pour cold water over them to stop to cooking and stop any sticking together. Then separate as much as possible and stir fry in toasted sesame oil, then toss in your other separately stir-fried veggies and meats. The texture and taste is a real treat If memory serves, there are 16 nests per bag so it is way economical and the bag is resealable. This chow hound highly recommends this product.
