This book will show you the two steps to a six pack. Along with the diet and lifestyle needed to give you the look that you are looking for. Well written and packed with the knowledge of what it takes to make the changes to give you the body that you have dreamed about. One of my favorite lines from the book. “Diet is like a chisel that helps mold your abs once you’ve started building them.” I have rated the book a solid 5 star rating and would enjoy reading more books by Evgeny Patyaev. One of the things that I liked best about this book was the exercises that were shown in the book.

This book is freakin awesome!
I like how in this book it gives you the formula for eating and lets you know that if you eat well that you can achieve a six pack twice as fast than if you don’t. Plus by eating well and balancing your marcos properly, you can achieve a hard six pack without the aid of cardio exercises. This book also gets very descriptive and shows lots of great pictures of different types of workouts that you can do to help rock up that tummy! :) I am a workout junkie and have been looking for something like this to give me the know how to achieve a six pack. Thank you for this book, all of the steps are very well broken down for you! I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to achieve getting a six pack! Thank you!

Awesome Abdominal Fitness Book!
This is a great book! It is packed with information that is definitely useful for anyone wanting to improve the state of their abdominal section. I appreciate that it is not only well-written, but also has some humor and light-hardheartedness, as well. That definitely makes it more personable. Ultra HD Abs Workout is honest and realistic. It also gives hope to anyone doubting that they can have a successful six-pack. With the right information and commitment, this could be attainable for anyone. This book emphasizes the balance between diet and exercise, which are equally important in this process. The workouts are paired with quality photos of both genders, which helps to appeal to everyone, and there is also a routine of the workouts, to use for best results. Great fitness resource; I can't wait to start reaping my results!

A Stand-Out Guide for Stand-Out Abs
I loved this guide. It was thorough, comprehensive and had a fun, engaging writing style that made it simple to understand but also never boring. I've been dying to get better abs but a lot of fitness programs don't focus directly on exercises that impact that area in a pronounced way. This book is different in that its author clearly knows the ins and outs of fitness and of achieving optimal ab results. There are also pictures in the book of how to perform each exercise correctly which I found really helpful. I'm glad I got this guide and look forward to more from this author!

Amazing book. I'm trainer and this book is one in one million, because this book have the best diet to get ABS. The routines look better, I commend it to my clients. If you want to get ABS, this book will help you. Remember that nothing can stop you. You can obtain all that you want, you're strong, you're persistant, you can do it!

Great Guide!
Since nowadays so many people are obese many people are in search for a quick and easy way of getting in shape. The most powerful indicator for a healthy body is for sure the core region. You have a sixpack? Great! Everybody will think you are healthy.This book provide every Information you need in order to get such a nice core region to impress anyone with your physical appearance. I liked it a lot and can highly recommend it!

Cosa ci si aspetta da un testo sugli addominali? Anzitutto che fornisca una descrizione dei migliori esercizi sul muscolo, anzi gruppo muscolare, in questione, magari in un’ottica amplia comprendendone anche qualcuno per l’intero core. Gli esercizi dovranno poi essere spiegati con precisione e l’aggiunta di foto e consigli per non svolgerli in maniera efficace. Poi non dovranno mancare dei consigli alimentari, senza esagerare sennò si sconfina nei tediosi testi di alimentazione o in quelli sensazionalistici sulle diete improbabili. Infine deve essere fornito un programma di allenamento. Ecco Ultra HD Abs Workout è tutto questo in appena 68 pagine e a un prezzo onesto. Niente paura per i non londinesi: è scritto in un inglese di facile comprensione e le parti meno traducibili a braccio possono essere rivelate dai traduttori on-line. Unico difetto l’impaginazione che spesso non rende chiara la connessione tra la descrizione dell’esercizio e annessa foto. Altro pregio è la scelta degli esercizi: sono moderni e selezionati tra i più efficaci e al contempo fattibili per l’addome.
