Phenomenal value!!!
I've had this watch less than five days, but I'm already in love with it. I can't believe I almost spent hundreds of dollars on a name brand watch!1. Easy set up. I haven't had a smart watch in about 5 years, so I was concerned about getting it set up and connected. It wasn't a problem at all!2. Battery life is amazing!!!! My last watch (expensive and name brand) had to be charged daily. I started using this one 4 days ago and my battery is at 81% still. Also, I do turn off most notifications (everything except calls and messages).3. Mobile app is easy to install and use. I love the sleep quality breakdown (I know I don't sleep well, but now I have proof) and it also seems to be quite accurate. My last overpriced name brand smart watch was never this accurate. It either wouldn't go into sleep mode or it wouldn't wake up. Such a pain. I also love the ability to download more styles from the app for the face!4. Accuracy seems to be spot on. Honestly, I haven't worked out with it yet, but the steps appear to be correct, as does the sleep tracker. O2 monitor and heart rate monitor also appear to be accurate when compared to my pulse oximeter.5. Appearance is great! I ordered the rose and it's perfect. Not too pink and neutral enough to wear with everything.6. Size is great too. I have tiny wrists. I was worried it would be too big, but it really isn't.7. Easy to use. Really, it's intuitive. I didn't read the instructions. I just played with it a little bit and it was so easy to figure out.Overall, I'm so thankful I tried this before ordering something way more expensive. It does everything I need it to do and then some!

Updated Review: I love it...not so much
Update: Well I loved it in the beginning.... but not anymore. Multiple times per day I have to disconnect/reconnect the Weather function in the app, otherwise, none of my daily activity data will drop into the app. If this doesn't work, I have to completely reset the watch and thereby losing all the data... I've ever uninstalled & reinstalled the app on my phone. I've done all of the troubleshooting etc.; However, nothing has corrected this issue. Unfortunately the return window has closed. 🙁Original Review: I treated myself to a new smartwatch and I've had it for about a little over a week. I have another smartwatch (different brand) that has a round face and is black, but I'm tired of it. I've liked it but wanted a larger watch face and the Harley watch fits the bill! It arrived as expected and the packaging is a keeper (really nice). It also arrived with a 45% charge! That meant I could play, getting it all set up and paired with the phone app without having to wait. The app is easy to navigate and was easily paired. To be transparent, I tested my new Harley against my other watch for accuracy of steps, sleep, SpO2 and HR, by actually wearing both watches for a few days. My black watch is pretty accurate to my finger Pulse Ox and my phone pedometer app, and measures sleep pretty well. So it was important to me to test the accuracy of the new Harley.Remember...The Harley or any smartwatch for that matter, is NOT a medical device and the watch literature & description does say this. But still....I wanted to see how the Harley stacked up.At first I was so very disappointed; the margin of difference was just too great. But after resetting the watch and doing the update...not bad at all! The margin of difference is acceptable to me. After all, these measurements are not medical grade...just a very reasonable, close measurements. If you want medical grade...you will pay for it.I received the watch about 10days and have only done a full charge once 🙂All in all a great watch.PS...would be great if they offered an upgrade that would allow for making calls and answering texts. Also, my review and opinions are all mine and are honest and not influenced by anyone or anything, even the offer of a full refund for a five star review

Receive and Send
The problem part was the watch and Bluetooth are keep on and off which is not supposed to. I had to go in my phone and click on the app. And click it as refresh on every other times..Also I kept getting red Bluetooth..that mean it disconnected which was not supposed to.That's what I found out and it has nothing to do lock apps.Wish they can do something to stay connect them. They are good quality but except the Bluetooth connection is caused

Good watch for the price
Purchased this watch in March 2022. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase! I was confused at first on how to get watch notifications from my phone. You have to have the app open at all times. So I figured out how to lock the app so when I clear out my apps it stays. About the only downfall I've found about the watch. I love all the features with it and the battery life is excellent. I'm writing this review in September 2022. So I've had the watch about 6 months and up until about a week ago I only had to charge it about every 4 days. Well the watch started not holding a charge very well. Like it would die within 6 hours. I contacted Touch Elex and they are fixing the problem. I definitely recommend this watch all the way around! You can only send quick response texts and cannot answer phone calls on the watch, but for a basic, decently priced smart watch it does the job great!
