Delivered today, tiny gels and super easy to swallow. Bottle has a fantastic design, it's light proof as well. Bottle itself was sealed perfectly and within date, says Best Before is 04/22! Due to my poor health and mobility, I'm inside most of the time so 2000iu seems to be a perfect amount to increase my daily intake of Vitamim D3. Also its very hard to find these made with Coconut Oil as the carrier to absorb quicker into the body! Overall, so far everything is perfect. Design, price, quality, packaging, amount of caps is 365 so its a year supply of Vitamin D3 + Coconut Oil (which also has additional health benefits!). Have only started taking these gels today, so can't speak on the effectiveness just yet but I will revise the review accordingly at a later date. PS. The description is a bit unclear, but these are Made in the UK, if you care about that sort of thing!

I love that it is not made with a seed oil such as sunflower. The coconut is fine in my dietary choices. This supplement comes well packaged in a small letterbox friendly packet rather than a thick plastic bottle that is way too big for the contents. These tiny, easy to swallow capsules just look like small pearls. As for effectiveness I will get my blood test done as usual to check I am staying within the good margin. I believe you should do this at least once a year as many people do not realise that the dose does matter for a small woman compared to a large man. It also depends on how much fat you carry. One dose does not fit all. Be sensible, an overdose is as bad as having too little D in your blood. Do your research, pick your dose conservatively then get a blood test after a few months. Then tweak your dose up or down to stay within the guide lines. Do not rely on the 5 quid supermarket kits that can be woefully out. For £30 or so you can get an NHS lab test. Easy to find on line.

This is one of the few GMP certified vit D3 suppliments I could find. Not well advertised but an important reassurance that the ingredients are as advertised. These small gel covered liquid pills are easy to swallow and have the advantage of having the vitamin mixed in cocoanut oil. as vitD is fat soluble it's better absorbed this way. Also Vit D3 is twice as effective as Vit D2 which makes the 2000iu per tablet of this suppliment, more than enough but not excessive. It is recommended by the Scottish government and others that everyone consider taking 400iu of Vit D daily, during the winter months. The generally recommended safe upper limit is 4,000iu per day. At £6.99/365tab these were also the best value I could find.

I really like the small capsules. I bought these a few years again and was looking to buy again. I like the new packaging. Very good overall. Excellent value for money.

Pills for 365 days but expiry date in less than six months. Beware.
