It comes with all 3 type of face plates as shown in the image and also includes a small pi 0 camera cable only issue i faced was that i had gpio pins installed in my po and because of that only one of those 3 face plates fits iny my device however it's not a seller or product issue rather the design of the case which is made by raspberry pi foundation so something to keep in mind if u have pi 0 with gpio pins installed otherwise it's a great product and comes at a very great price.
