Using original product description but selling different product. This product did not have floating plates. I purchased the first product line that sold and it was the best. The original product lasted me 8 years. The product I received is not the same. Read description before selling product.

every time I used this product my hair tends to get stuck in between the heating plate and the body of the straightener, can I still return this product?Please advise.Thank youBertha Vertiz

It is terrible. For one thing, the controls are very hard to access. It pulls out your hair and is very cheap. Save yourself the misery and get another kind. I threw mine in the garbage.
