Organic cayenne has great health benefits.
Spices with a kick are really not my cup of tea. I bought this to reap the health benefits and it's much better than what the grocery stores carry. I use it in moderation in some of my recipes.

Very spicy and flavorful
This has a large quantity for which I have only put a dent into after making several batches of tacos. I used this spice to create a homemade tex/mex chile con carne taco mix with some other spices. This Cayenne for sure added a ton of "heat" meaning spicy heat, which I really liked. It's very spicy, so go slowly, they somehow for sure retained the spiciness in this package, it seemed a lot spicier than other Cayenne I've had over my lifetime. Maybe it's because it's organic that it has a superior spiciness, highly recommend.

Good quality good tasting
I use cayenne pepper alot. It's good for your health and it adds zip to many recipes. This particular cayenne was super fresh. There was brightness to the color and smelled like fresh cayenne pepper should smell. Very good quality. I shall purpose again

Nicely hot
We put it into food, herbal combinations, and tiny bit into eye baths as well. It increases circulation and cleans the eyes.

Hotter than I expected
Very hot and aromatic. I bought this to keep cats and squirrels from digging in my garden beds, but was impressed enough with the flavor that I now use it for cooking too.
