There are no instructions on the packet.** A: Hi, I actually reached out to the company who are based in jersey last week and a lady emailed me promptly back. She said to just snip open the carton and decant it into your ice cream machine and churn. I have just recently bought some of the ninja machine , with one of them being the new ice cream/smoothie/sorbet machine. So I decanted the contents of the ice cream carton into the tub provided, put the lid on top then straight in the freezer for 24 hours. Then you put the now frozen liquid in the machine to do it’s things. 3 -4 mins later you have perfectly soft creamy jersey ice cream. It made 2 tubs worth which have been devoured over the last week.
