Upscale is ok but downscale not good
Well it can scale up to 4K from 480i to 1080p sources with some lost in quaility but I wanted it to downscale 4K content which it failed at epicly. It can't fool device hdcp 2.2, only thing I use it for is upscaling cable box to 1080p.
