Very bad experience, it has a screw which needs to be tightened with Allen key , which comes along. Every few days this screw gets lose , and recently I went to international trip and took it along, within two days this screw was loose and I was unable to use this... my purpose of buying this was lost and it was useless peace of junk with me... not recommended to buy for sure

I use it mostly for taking selfies and it holds my camera steady, which is a must for getting a good shot. One concern I had before buying was stability, but it’s surprisingly sturdy for something so small. I’ve used it outdoors on a breezy day, and it didn’t topple over. The grip on the base keeps it from slipping on smooth surfaces as well. This is very well made. One thing with this one is that it has a fairly large footprint and also just folds out to one setting. I got this more for webcams or low shots with my Nikon Z30. It does fold up quite small. One other use for this would be for my gimbal (Zhiyun Crane M2s) and use this instead of the tripod that comes with it for more stability. If you need more height, you might need to get some extenders. To me, a little specialized but still useful.
