Several months later at the tail end of a triumphant 2007 - which saw them release their acclaimed self-titled debut, as well as a live album recorded at Seattle's legendary Crocodile Cafe, topped off with a performance at Bumbershoot 2007 - Shake Some Action! Returned to the studio for a weekend in November 2007 and laid down 20 tracks, several in just one take. The result is a record more edgy than the first, capturing the energy of a live performance, yet the classic pop sensibility and attention to songcraft remains.
