Damaged or maybe dangerous to use ?
Arrived very late , and it’s damaged from inside powder inside all over the bottle , looks maintained in poor condition And worst part can’t return it !!

Effective Affordable Magnesium
I have been using this product well over 3 years now. It is easy on the stomach and does a good job of helping me get ready for sleep for the evening. I would highly recommend it. Best magnesium out for the cost.

Estoy impresionada del efecto tan rapido de relajación y me dio tanto sueño a los 15-20min de que me tome la pastilla. Segun la recomendacion es tomar 2 capsulas, sin embargo yo solo tome 1 capsula y fue suficiente. Las super recomiendo tomar una media hora antes de dormir y adios estres

Tried these as I was having difficulty swallowing it in pill form. However these are also quite large so not much better.
