I injured my lower back while carrying 50 lbs in the wrong position. The pain was devastating. A friend told me about this product, and it literally saved my back. So easy to put it, and it stayed warm for 8 hours. The next day, the pain was almost gone, and after a week, it was completely gone. Highly recommend keeping it at home just in case you need it!

Used these for cramps and they work so well. The belt is adjustable, stays in place and fits under leggings. The packs get nice and hot. I'd buy again.

These heating pads are great to keep in my first aid kit and emergency bag. The heat is air-activated, so it doesn't require a microwave, boiling water, or any other tools. The heat pads tuck into a wrap that is included, which you can wrap around your waist or lower back like a belt. The pads don't need to be stuck onto the skin like most other disposable heating pads. I like this feature since it doesn't leave any goo or stickiness on my back after I take it off. I wish the wrap was somewhat higher quality though; it's made out of a thin, paper-like material (similar to face masks) and I question if it will last through all my heat pads, especially if I accidentally get it wet. It also takes a while for the pads to heat up, so don't expect instant gratification and relief. But! Once it is warm, it stays warm for hours! I think it is worth the wait, but if you need or want instant heat, you should look for other products.
