Why is it so much cheaper than the retail price? (same question as previous customer)

Dear customer, all our products are much cheaper than retail price because we don't pay huge mall rent as Saks, we don't have a huge payroll, we don't have tester so people can try the product. We have the product much cheaper for people that already know the product and want to save the extra. We know that is a little bit hard to buy on the internet. We can't guarantee other sellers products, but we can guarantee our products, and they are 100% authentic, we don't sell replicas or imitations. Why are some reviews claiming this item to be fake and non lasting?
