My father uses this to prevent muscle spasms on his legs. He gets serious cramps that literally render him paralyzed. This products is the only thing that helps him to avoid the cramps, or reduce the intensity during an event.The 6C refers to the dosage, and this is a pretty high dose. However, he says that a lower dose doesnt do anything for him.

My bruises are fading quickly, which is what surgeon said would happen. I combined it with pineapple as was also suggested.
