Good leaf catcher rainwater filter
We have been looking for something to stop the leaves blocking the drain pipes after tried various netting and guards. Came across this and ordered one to see if this would be a better option. Living in an area near woodland means we have a lot of leaves and this has worked well. We have ordered and fitted a couple more. It may be a bit pricey, but we have not had any issues, so would recommend it. Ordered and came fairly quickly by post.

Quite thin plastic, one of the teeth on the top section was broken on arrival
Good concept and just what i wanted for my downpipes, so i could make sure no silt and moss fell down into my drains. Not much else on the market that doesn't involve having a mesh and then a divert for a water but also (like the guttermate which is way more expensive). The plastic of the top section is quite thin compared to the Flowplast drainpipe it connected to, i did expect it to be as thick and durable as a normal drain pipe if i'm honest as the bottom section (the part that goes into a cut drainpipe is nice a thick).Mine arrived with a broken 'tooth' on the top section (where the drainpipe from above sits) luckily there is another position you can put the drain pipe in so it wasn't worth my effort sending this item back considering i'd already started the job before unpacking this item in the first place - i shoud know better. So this was fitted anyway.Simple loses a star as for £26 the plastic is quite thin and the broken part when received wasn't really acceptable and shows how weak it is - not sure how this will last after a few winters but if i'm honest shouldn't really need to move it or remove it often as you can simple reach your hand in and clear anything from the 'mesh' part anyway.

Catches leaves so prevents blocking rainwater but diverter
Expensive solution but when fitted you don't need a ladder to clear debris from gutters.
