Trust above all else
A little too much on buy supplies a lot of the story time and drinking coffee and eating . not a bad story line, but not enough as action in the mountain man style could be added. Story did have its very enjoyable sections however.

poem at end
The poem at the end is a must read after you finish reading this interesting, and moving book. It makes one really think about our past as a white society.

Good news
When I started this series I had no idea there was some good news in the story of the Indian nations. I am sure this is fiction but glad some good news for them. Enjoy

Looking into the Past.
While this story only lightly touches a period of time in our nationโs history, it shows paths taken that caused much sorrow; but also paths that would lead to acceptance. Picture yourself, if someone would enter your world and force you to accept a completely new life, one not of your choosing! How would you react?
