Ok, so I know what you're thinking. This can't be real, it's a scam, etc. But hear me out. I started taking this in October. It is now November. I've lost 9 pounds in that time. BIG DEAL, you say? Well, I'm a girl, 5'9" and 140 lbs (now), so losing any sort of weight at my height is impossible in my almost 30 years of age. If you're tall or only have like 5-10 pounds to lose, you know what I'm talking about. I was 150 on October 5th, and am now 141 today on Nov 20th. I did join a gym and started running on a treadmill, but not really consistently. Maybe once or twice a week. I'm no athlete and would rather sit on the couch than get up and run, but I'm trying to be healthier. I started taking these Oct 5th, and didn't really see a change in appetite until maybe a month in. I've heard that these take time to work and build up in your system (or your body acclimates to them, not sure the science), so I stuck with it. I sit here typing this with zero appetite. Like it's almost 1pm and I've only had a cup of applesauce today. That's like 50 calories. I'm gonna make myself eat soon, but what I'm trying to say is this stuff is the real deal. I was not paid to give this review, and I have no affiliation with Trusted Nutrients. But I love this company, their customer service is excellent, and their products work. They may not work for everybody in every way, but TN delivers on their promises and are very reputable. When this stuff takes off, I'm here to tell you that you should have bought it now when it's so cheap! Oh, and I take about 4 pills a day, two at 11am, two at 6pm. That keeps my day cravings at bay and my night cravings at bay. But work up to that much, your stomach might not like all that at the beginning. I take them on an empty stomach sometimes and sometimes with food. I haven't seen a difference in how I feel either way.I try to eat less than 1300 calories a day, but seriously that's almost impossible without these little pills! I was maybe doing 1800-2000 calories a day before I started taking them. With these I am consistently losing 1-2 pounds a week and feeling good. Any faster would be unhealthy. If you are really overweight, I can see you losing more per week, but not when you're close to your goal weight. When you get 5-10 pounds away from that magic number, you're going to find it much harder to drop pounds. This stuff helps so much! A great calorie counter is the MyFitnessPal app. Get it on your phone. It's free and awesome.My goal is to lose 5 more pounds of fat and gain some muscle. I'm absolutely sure I'll be able to do that with GC from Trusted Nutrients. Grab and bottle and give it a month! Good luck!!

I purchased a combination of the 75% HCA Garcinia, Raspberry Ketones, and the Green Coffee Bean Extract. I've been taking all three twice per day and have dropped 15-20 pounds in about two months. My pants went from barely being able to button to falling off of me. My appetite has been under good control since I began taking the supplements and my energy has gone up nicely as well. Eating healthier is easy when I'm not starving all of the time and I look forward to exercising because I'm not so lethargic. I have lost just about 80lbs using TN Garcinia Cambogia. People have to understand that you have to put some effort into losing weight or your not going to. I like the way that this product acts as an appetite suppressant. I take one pill in the am and another about midafternoon. You need a minimum of 1500mg a day. I have researched quite a few sellers of this product and the garcinia that you buy should have at least 65% garcinia and the rest potassium for absorption. This is a great product. For the naysayers their is bad reviews on every product you buy but this one rates 5 stars. You have to actually try to help yourself, you cannot lose weight by overeating and taking this product. It works just give it a try.

I'm still an advocate for Trusted Nutrients products but I can't say that the 75% Garcinia Cambogia is any better than the 65% dosage. I have not lost any weight since upgrading from 65% to 75%. While taking the 65% HCA I lost 10lbs. However, I haven't gained any weight back either. Everyone's body is different. So please do not be discouraged to try this product for yourself to see how it works for your body. With Trusted Nutrients great customer service, you have nothing to lose. If you don't like the product, then Trusted Nutrients customer service will figure out a way to make it rite...

I ordered this after researching reviews and decided that this was the most bang for my buck, the highest HCA and the most capsules for the money.So far I am more than pleased. I have been taking these for 8 days now and have lost 7 lbs. I take them 2 times a day 30 minutes to an hour before eating. I haven't even changed my diet very much. I cut out sweets and late night eating, mainly because these have really helped control my appetite. I stay feeling full longer and my desire to eat sweets is gone.There have been NO side effects what so ever for me. I will update this after a few weeks of taking them. So far they way exceed my expectations.

My daughter is only 13 and getting her to be active above the usual summer pool fun etc. is like pulling teeth so I decided to try this product and Aug 14th 2014 she started with the usual dose. starting weight was 212 lbs, 48 BMI, waist 40 in, and thighs 30 in. well it took some bribing but I read somewhere that another country had offered people money to lose so many pounds in an effort to cut the obesity rate, so I did the same and I am happy to say that as of Oct 19th she weighed 202, BMI down to 43, waist 38 and thighs, 27. so very excited to see her continue which has also jump started her being more active!!
