Best quality for best price
Fast, user friendly laptop. All functions work perfectly and if I don't see something immediately, they're easy to search. Screen is clear, crisp, bright and colorful and sound is just fine. Great value among laptops twice the price.

Disappointing
it freezes from time to time unreasonably despite I use it only for work and I don't use any software. even while working on excel, it freezes completely that nothing functions rather than the power button. I have to force-restart it by keeping the power button pressed. I took the laptop to a computer shop to get it fixed, and the guy told me that it is not a brand-new laptop as soon as he opened it. This is so frustrating!

Needed a Dell laptop replacement quickly - Amazon delivered in 2 days!
I've used Dell laptops for 20 years - my most recent one developed a WiFi driver issue "somehow" - and couldn't connect to the internet - so I ordered this new one - came in 2 days, had it configured exactly as my last one in about an hour (apps, etc) - the laptop is small, fast - and worth every penny!

Received as intended, in perfect condition- thus far, no unexpected troubles.Using for simple business and student needs, no gaming or photo editing.Have been using for less than a week.Easy to convert from WINDOWS S to WINDOWS 10.Works as expected. Will update it something pops up down the line.
