I have been disappointed in the past with pricey cookware that doesn't go the distance, so decided to try them out one at a time to find a good brand. My search is over as this saucepan is not even in the same league as some of the other brands I have bought, including Cuisinart. The pan cleans like a dream...the food just floats out with soapy water. I am going to replace all of my pots and pans with this brand. Worth every penny....you'll actually save in the long run by buying a quality product like this one that will be your work-horse for years to come.

This is the 5th Swiss Diamond pan that we have bought. All are a pleasure to cook with and clean up. I found this saucepan to be especially good for rice. We have gas burners and they can create hot spots. But this is not noticeable with these pans. They are pricey but worth it.
