Very useful for curries of any type. About a half teaspoon of this paste mixed in 3-4 tsp teriyaki with a pinch of crushed red pepper makes a terrific dipping sauce for potstickers.

This is a staple in my kitchen. I’ve ordered it several times and I will continue to order. Pricey but I love it so much I don’t care.

We actually love this product. However, the jar was smashed and this item is not eligible for return or replacement. Now we are just out $12 a d have to drive 45 minutes to a market to buy the product in a store.

I make a lot of Indian food at home which requires ginger and garlic. It can be tedious grinding those two flavors and this jarred paste makes it easy to get my cooking done. It is perfectly blended and the price is great. If you cook a lot of Asian or Indian cuisine, this is a definite time saver.

Due to the reviews I had ordered 5 at one time expecting some to be broken. On arrival, 1 of them was indeed broken and judging by the amount of mold it had been broken for quite awhile. The other 4 however were intact and good to use. In terms of quality it's not bad but I've had better. For the price it's definitely worth it though.
