Does the bottle come full to the top or its basically in the middle?

It comes with 16 Oz, i used it this year for apple scab on my trees using a backpack sprayer, and because of the concentration I only needed 1.25 teaspoons mixed with 4 gallons of water, so this will last a long time, and it works awesome, this is the best year of quality apples I have had in 7 years!
