Does this unit need a jumpstart?

No, it comes with a wall charger that plugs into the sprayer to charge it , mine stays charged and can be used for many 30 minute uses between charges. I have no idea how or why you asked if it could be jump started,its not a car.

Would this work for cleaning the coils on the indoor air handlers for a mini split air conditioning unit? Or is it only good for spraying chemicals?
